Our focus on oncology staffing is deeply personal.

Frank Michael Odia, founder of Healthcare Staffing Resources, was profoundly affected by the passing of his ex-wife, Carlie Janice Odia, who fought a courageous battle with metastatic breast cancer.

During her treatment, the compassion and expertise of oncology professionals left a lasting impact. That experience sparked Frank’s mission to use his decades of recruitment experience to support the people who support cancer patients.
